Author Takeovers

After 54 hours of inactivity, any author with a reputation greater than 0 can take over an event.

The author will need to deposit the 10k FUZZ required for any event creation, however, once the event is taken, the event will function exactly the same as any event.

The author taking over an event will want to expediently score and payout the event. An event that can be taken over will show a "Takeover Event" button.

If the event status shows "Takeover activated" but there is not button, this means it was already taken over and will become active in 24 hours if the author takes no action.
